Got "busted" a couple weeks ago...as some of you (who read the local newspaper's "police beat" section) are aware...
I was sitting here...at Lizard Flatz...and the gendarmes came in....let me "downdress" them,,,and then....they cuffed me....and hauled me to the local jail for the night.....
uh!...sht!....
charge: Disorderly Conduct (!?!?!?)
I am in the local "paper", defamed/besmirched as an...."azzhole"..."local low life".......?!?!....for "questioning "them" on my own "turf"....and they bust me?....
Paper says I was arrested for"disorderly conduct/drinking in public"...uh... "that" is wrong...I was not charged beyond simple "disorderly conduct"...no mention at all about intoxication involvement that evening, nor during the arrest procedure...I did request a "piss test" during the booking procedure at the cop shop, so that I can verify my " sobriety" later, during the trial (if it goes that far)...however, I don't know "where" that "public drinking" sht came from in the news blurp...certainly not from any "witnesses" who may have been around...there were none...just me, and the 3 "county mounties" who were inside my shop/studio at the time...the arrest didn't even happen "in public"...shee!
...beyond this "obscure" disclosure, I cannot comment...at this time ....
...at some point later...in the future....after....my appointed "hearing meeting " with the local D.A. on the 18th... to see if they're gonna "pursue"....or not....all "points of contention" shall be revealed ...I cannot divulge before then, "anything", nor details, about the case that might somehow, be of use against me...
I am not at liberty to say anything at present, one way or the other,....hang with me....
I will reveal Here....first....though...after I talk with the D.A....on the 18th...
Hard not to "comment" at this time...I'd really like to...but...I can't yet...
I'm only blogging this little bit...to settle friend's minds, who have seen the paper, and might be curious/worried...I ask ya to be patient another couple weeks...
...it'll eventually, all be revealed...

Aaaaaaahhh She-it! Sorry Mike. Stand up for yourself my friend. Don't let them plea you out or some other bullshit because they broke you down. There is such a thing as free speech in this country. Telling a cop he is an asshole or what ever so called INFRACTION they are labeling you with falls directly under that civil right. If you were on your own property. Call the ACLU if you need to. Don't be afraid to tell the ACLU that you are a disabled VET as well. That is the kind of stuff the ACLU likes to get involved with. Good luck my friend. Screw the man!
